Blister Cards
Blister Pack Cards are printed on special board stock with specific inks. Then our unique blister coating is applied which allows for excellent adherence to your PVC, PET and other types of blisters. Our coating is FDA approved and water-soluble. Blister Pack Cards use an SBS (Solid Bleach Sulfate) board. The mills make SBS with a specific surface, to allow delamination of the fibers and good ink holdout.
Board Printing is done on 10 point to 28 point board. Different board types are used for each packaging process.
